Fans of the Notre Dame women’s soccer team should note that three games on the team’s 2007 schedule had changes to their start times, after some preliminary versions of the schedule had been released. For clarification, the updated start times are listed below (all times are eastern; always check und.com to confirm starting times):
Aug. 23 – vs. Virginia at 4:30 p.m. (exhibition; to be played at the Fort Wayne Sport Club; 3102 Ardmore Ave.; see www.fortwaynesportclub.com or http://nationalsoccerfestival.fwunitedsoccer.com/) … note that this is a different site than the previous college soccer festivals that have been played in Fort Wayne
Sept. 23 – vs. Penn State at 12:30 p.m. (Alumni Field)
Oct. 21 – vs. Connecticut at 11:30 a.m. (Alumni Field) … this will be an ND soccer doubleheader day, with the men to face Seton Hall at 1:30 (it also will be “senior day” for both of the Irish soccer teams) … there will be one other doubleadher at Alumni Field featuring the men and women, on Sept. 30 (women vs. Cincinnati at 1:00; men vs. Louisville at 3:30)
