Three of the University of Notre Dame’s 2006 football road games will be televised in prime time by ABC Sports.
ABC announced today that Notre Dame would appear three times in its new, 12-week, ABC Saturday Night College Football package:
| September 2 | Notre Dame at Georgia Tech | 8:00 p.m. EDT |
| September 23 | Notre Dame at Michigan State | 8:00 p.m. EDT |
| November 25 | Notre Dame at USC | 8:00 p.m. EST (5:00 p.m. PST) |
On Sept. 23, the Notre Dame-Michigan State game from East Lansing, Mich., will share the time slot with the USC-at-Arizona game.
On Sept. 2, ESPN will bring its College GameDay show to Atlanta for the Notre Dame-Georgia Tech weekend. The Notre Dame-Georgia Tech contest is the opener of the 12-week package.
