Stahl and Moros Were Unable to Advance At The ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. – Daniel Stahl (Bethesda, Md./Walt Whitman) and Blas Moros (Boca Raton, Fla./Pine Crest) were unable to advance in the men’s tennis ITA All-American Championships earlier Monday at the Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla.

Stahl who is ranked No. 69 according to the preseason rankings was elimated by Nassim Slilam, a sophomore out of Florida. The senior dropped a 6-0, 6-0 decision. Moros, the 112th ranked sophomore, battled Virginia’s Julen Urigen to a three-set match outcome of 3-6, 6-3 and 6-3.

Both student-athletes will compete in a consolation match Tuesday and Casey Watt (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) will begin main draw action on Thursday.
