Bio

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Earned four letters in volleyball at Marian High School in Mishawaka, Indiana.
  • Led Marian to the Northern Indiana Conference, sectional and regional volleyball titles in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
  • As a freshman, named second-team all-conference then followed with three consecutive seasons as a first-team all-conference selection.
  • In 2017, earned first-team all-state honors and was named the Northern Indiana Conference Most Valuable Player.
  • Also earned a spot on the 2017 Indiana Volleyball All-Star team.
  • Suffered a torn ACL/MCL/meniscus during her sophomore season and was introduced to rowing during her rehabilitation by attending the South Bend Rowing Club/Notre Dame Learn To Row program.

AS A FRESHMAN: 

  • Attended St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, and participated in volleyball.
  • Led the Belles to a 16-10 record with a team-high 303 kills while compiling 315 digs.
  • Named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Freshman Player of the Year while earning first-team all-conference honors.
  • Transferred to the University of Notre Dame for the 2018-19 academic year.

PERSONAL

  • Daughter of Evonne and William Corbett.
  • Family has a deep history at the University of Notre Dame, with great-grandfather William J. Corbett Junior (1927), grandfather William J. Corbett III (1952), aunt Mary Corbett Lang (1980), aunt Kate Freund (1983), aunt Susan Brennan (1984) and father, William J. Corbett IV (1986) all graduates of the University.
  • Enrolled in the College of Science with a major in science/pre-professional.
