She serves as the team’s day-to-day operations director and coordinates activities relative to team travel, practice and game tape management, equipment and apparel, camps, clinics and also management of the team’s national recruiting databases. She assisted the marketing department in their efforts behind the first Friends of Victoria game, hosted by the Irish to raise awareness of relationship violence. Sullivan also helped plan the inaugural Daughters for Dads game, which raised money for cancer.

Sullivan served as the president of the club lacrosse teams at both Notre Dame and St. Mary’s College. Sullivan was named the Club Officer of the Year by Notre Dame’s Club Coordination Council for outstanding service and dedication to the club with an emphasis on quality of participation. Her work with St. Mary’s club team from 2011-13 saw her serve as both president and vice president, organizing practice and game schedules along with travel itineraries for 35 student-athletes. Sullivan also oversaw the team’s budget.

Sullivan spent the early summer of 2014 as an intern with the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance, a PGA TOUR event held at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. Sullivan worked in client hospitality and also helped organize a junior golf clinic for the Memorial. Sullivan also has worked within the sports world as an interhall lacrosse referee for Notre Dame RecSports and a summer coach for the ATL Lacrosse Club in Atlanta.

Connor is a graduate of Marist School in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Notre Dame in the spring of 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in pre-professional studies.
