Three-time monogram winner for the Irish … veteran leader of the Notre Dame defense … has played a key role on the Irish defense in her first three seasons at Notre Dame … is team[apos]s top one-on-one defender … combines with fellow senior Kristin Hopson and junior Becky Ranck to give the Irish one of the top back lines in the nation … was selected to the preseason all-BIG EAST team … tough, tenacious defender with good speed and outstanding athletic ability … always in position to win the ’50-50′ balls … strong defender around the arc … smart and intelligent on defense … moves the ball well in transition … was a second team all-BIG EAST selection following the 2006 season … has twice been selected to the IWLCA all-West/Midwest regional team (2005, 2006) … has played in 49 games in three seasons, making 32 starts … has recorded two assists in career with 74 ground balls, 23 draw controls and 38 caused turnovers.
