AS A SENIOR (2021-22)

• Set a PR and took 3rd at the 2021 Blue & Gold Invitational (8:06.88)
• Placed 1st at the Winrow Valparaiso Open with a time of 18:30.6

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21)

• Recorded a PR at the ACC Cross Country Championships (8k) with a time of 24:35.4
• Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m events at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Set a PR in the 5,000m at the Drake Relays with a time of 14:13.39 to place 11th

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)

• Won the cross country Valparaiso Crusader Open (6k) with a PR time of 18:09.9
• Set a PR in the 3,000m event at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 8:12.30 to take fourth

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)

• Secured an event win in the 5K run with a time of 15:00.16 at the Jesse Owens Classic
• Notched a PR in the 5K run (14:37.14) at the Raleigh Relays
• Raced to a 3K event win with a PR of 8:13.69 at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Placed third in the 3K run (8:17.05) at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Established a PR in the mile with a time of 4:14.32, placing fifth at the Gene Edmonds Open

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Set the Ohio high school 5K record with a time of 14:29
• Two-time state and regional champion, three-time district champion and four-time conference champion (cross country)
• Won two state championships in track, two regional titles, four district championships and was a 12-time conference champion.
