AS A SENIOR (2022-23)

• Finished 19th in the steeplechase at NCAAs (8:55.42)
• Finished ninth in the steeplechase at NCAA Regionals (8:49.92)
• Posted a PR and earned a bronze medal in the steeplechase at ACCs (8:34.89)

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)

• Finished 23rd in the steeplechase at NCAAs (8:54.43)
• Finished 12th in the steeplechase at NCAA Regionals (8:42.16)
• Took sixth in the steeplechase at ACCs (8:45.18)
• Won the steeplechase at the Indiana Invitational (8:49.89)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

• Finished 17th in the 10000M at Outdoor ACCs with a PR of 29:26.09
• Set PRs in the 3,000m (8:11.49) to finish 13th and the 5,000m (14:15.01) to take 12th at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Recorded a PR of 29:26.09 in the 10,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Placed 14th at the Irish Classic (5k) with a mark of 25:00.1

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Finished 20th in the 3000M at Indoor ACCs (8:19.41)
• Made his Notre Dame debut at the Blue & Gold Indoor Invitational and finished 11th in the 3,000m with a time of 8:42.29
• Competed in the 3,000m in five meets during his rookie season

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Graduated from Rockhurst High School in May 2019
• Helped lead Rockhurst to the school’s first cross country state championship as a sophomore, and again as a senior
• Placed third individually at 2018 Missouri state cross country championships
• Placed ninth at the Nike Cross Regionals Midwest
• Won the Presidential Service Award
• Son of John and Jodie Seitzer
• Has an older brother, Ben, an older sister, Alyssa, and a younger brother, Joe
• Sister Alyssa played soccer at St. Louis University
• Studying aerospace engineering
