AS A SENIOR (COLUMBIA):

• Finished second as Columbia’s top performer on the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Nov. 1) championship team, clocking a 6K time of 20:49.2
• Earned First Team All-Ivy League honors
• Finished sixth, again Columbia’s top performer, with a personal record time of 19:36.2 in the 6K at the Northeast Regionals (Nov. 15)
• Named USTFCCCA All-Northeast Region
• Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships in the One Mile Run
• Ran the 16th best One Mile Time (4:40.29) in the country
• Clocked a PR in the One Mile with a time of 4:40.29 at the Camel City Invitational (Feb. 7-8)

AS A JUNIOR (COLUMBIA):

• Crossed the line at NCAA National Championships (Nov. 17) in 120th place with a time of 21:14.2
• Crossed the line in the 6K as the third best Lion finisher (eighth overall) with a time of 22:08.0 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Regionals (Nov. 9) to helped Columbia claim the team title
• Named to the USTFCCCA’s All-Region team
• Earned Second Team All-Ivy League honors with 11th place finish at the Ivy League Cross Country Heps (Oct. 27), clocking a time of 21:07.7 to help power Columbia to its second straight Ivy League title
• Collected First Team and Second Team All-Ivy League honors with first place finish in the One-Mile and a second place finish as a member of the DMR squad at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24)
• Set a PR in the One-Mile with a 4:41.95 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8-9)
• Set a PR in the 800m (2:12.20) at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 19-20)
• Ran a PR time of 4:22.30 in the 1,500m at the NCAA Division I East Region Prelims (May. 23-25).

AS A SOPHOMORE (COLUMBIA):

• Helped the Lions to a team title at the Princeton XC Invitational (Oct. 14), taking 37th in the 5K with a time of 22:29.9
• Posted a PR time of 2:55.11 in the 1,000m at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge (Jan. 25-26)
• Crossed the line in first place at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 24), running the 3,000-Meter in a PR time of 9:53.18

AS A FRESHMAN (COLUMBIA):

• Went 20:07.9 over the 5K course at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet (Sept. 16) for 55th place
• Posted top finish of the outdoor season with an eighth place finish in the 1,500-Meter Run at the Virginia Quad (Apr. 8), clocking a time of 4:38.52

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• A two sport athlete, participating in track & field and soccer at Spotswood High School in New Jersey
• Finished second in the 800m and third in the 1 Mile during her junior year, while taking fourth in the 1 Mile and seventh in the 800m her senior season during the Group II New Jersey State Championships
• Earned three career conference titles in the 4x1600m relay, and an additional conference championship in the distance medley
• Posted career bests of 2:15.03 in the 800m and 4:55.58 in the 1 Mile
