AS A JUNIOR:

• Competed at the ACC Championships in shot put, discus and hammer throw
• Took ninth in hammer throw with a mark of 55.68m
• Earned an event win in the discus (49.59 meters) and set a PR in the hammer throw (57.04 meters) at the Jesse Owens Classic
• Runner-up in the discus (48.79 meters) at the Louisville Invitational
• Claimed first place in the discus (50.63 meters) and added fourth-place showings in the shot put (16.29 meters) and the weight throw (54.60 meters) at the UNF Invitational
• Placed fifth in the shot put (16.54 meters) at the Victor Lopez Classic
• Set a PR in the weight throw (17.46 meters) at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Established a PR in the shot put (16.66 meters) at the Hoosier Hills
• Finished fourth in the shot put (15.95 meters) at the Gene Edmonds Open
• Runner-up in the shot put (15.75 meters) and a fourth-place finisher in the weight throw (15.46 meters) to open indoor season at the Blue and Gold Invitational

AS A SOPHOMORE:

• Set a PR in the discus with a top attempt of 52.20 meters at the Sun Angel Classic
• Finished third in the discus (49.84 meters) at the Miami Hurricane Invitational
• Earned a fourth-place result in the shot put (15.66 meters) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Placed fifth in the shot put (15.82 meters) at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Runner-up in the shot put with a top throw of 15.80 meters at the Blue and Gold Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Recorded a PR throw of 15.59m in the weight throw at the Tiger Paw Invite (indoor)
• Set a personal best of 51.60m in the hammer throw at the Louisville Invite (outdoor)

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from Arcadia High School in June 2016
• Earned two varsity letters in football, four in basketball and four in track and field
• Led the team to BVC runner-up
• Was third team all-conference in the discus and was district discus qualifier as a freshman
• Set the school record in the discus in each of his last three seasons (186 feet, eight inches)
• Set the school record in the shot put as a senior (56 feet, two inches)
• Set the district record in the discus as a sophomore and junior
• Named first-team all-conference in the discus his sophomore year
• Named first-team all-conference in the shot put, was the runner-up in the discus at the state championship as a junior
• Finished 10th in the New Balance Nationals in discus as a senior
• Placed fifth in the discus at Midwest Meet of Champions
• Received first-team all-conference in the discus and first-team all-conference in the shot put
• Was runner-up in the discus at the state championship as a senior
