AS A GRADUATE (2023-24)

• Placed fourth in the 5 mile at the National Catholic Invitational, running a 24:15.8
• Clocked a 24:02.0 in the 8k of the ACC Cross Country Championships
• Ran a 30:56.1 in the 10k in the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship and ran a 31:07.3 in the 10k in the NCAA Cross Country Championship

AS A SENIOR (2022-23)

• Finished 15th at Outdoor ACCs in the 3000M steeplechase (9:00.36)

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)

• Set a personal best at the Mt. SAC Relays crossing the finish line in the 3000m race at 8:51.37
• Collected a PR at the Alex Wilson Invitational with a time of 4:15.76 in the mile race
• Ran for a PR in the 3000 at the 2021 Blue & Gold Invitational (8:09.60)
• Set a PR at the National Catholic Invitational in the 8k crossing the finish line at 25:04.5
• Took second place at the Winrow Valparaiso Open with a time of 18:30.7

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

• Took 16th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a PR time of 8:56.61
• Set a PR in the 5,000m at the ACC Indoor Championships by crossing the line in 14:48.86

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Made his Notre Dame debut at the Blue & Gold Invitational by placing seventh in the 3,000m with a time of 8:29.28

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Earned the Most Valuable Athlete Award at St. Theodore Guerin Catholic High School
• Was team captain for both track and cross country
• Majoring in aerospace engineering
