• 2019 All-ACC Second Team, Javelin
• 2018 All-ACC First Team, Javelin

AS A SOPHOMORE:

• Finished 29th in the javelin at the NCAA East Region Prelims with a mark of 44.54m
• Broke her own school record with a 47.39m javelin mark on her way to All-ACC Second Team honors
• Earned a first-place finish in the javelin (43.24 meters) at the Louisville Invitational
• Placed first in the javelin with a winning throw of 44.69 meters at the UNF Invitational
• Set the school record in javelin during the first meet of the season, the Victor Lopez Classic, with a throw of 47.21 meters

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Earned All-ACC First-Team honors in the javelin, placing third (44.54 meters) at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Placed fourth in the javelin (38.74 meters) at the Louisville Invitational
• In outdoor debut in the javelin, placed third with an attempt of 43.77 meters during the Miami Hurricane Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from Sacred Heart High School
• Seven-time state qualifier at the Kansas State Track and Field Championships
• 2016 AAU Junior Olympic Champion
• Finished second at the 2017 USATF Junior Olympics
• Also played volleyball in high school
• Daughter of Daniel and Gerilyn Diederich
• Has two brothers, Aaron and Drew
• Both brothers were members of the UPenn track and field team
• Studies accountancy at Notre Dame
