AS A JUNIOR: Competed in 12 meets as a thrower for the Irish during the indoor & outdoor track & field season … specialized in the shot put and hammer throw … placed third in the shot put (12.50m) at the Alex Wilson Invitational … achieved a personal best in the shot put on the way to a ninth place finish at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a throw of 13.54m … finished fifth in the shot put (12.73m) and seventh in the hammer throw (47.89m) at the Polytan Invitational … earned a monogram.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in 10 meets during the indoor/ outdoor track & field seasons … began year achieving a personal record (15.67m) in the weight throw at the Blue & Gold Invitational … recorded an eighth place finish in a field of 27 at the Mike Poehlein Invitational in the hammer throw with a 48.76m toss … also racked up a ninth place finish in a field of 21 in the shot put … gathered in a personal best in the hammer throw (50.93m) at the Texas Roadhouse Border Battle … finished sixth in the hammer throw (48.06m) in a field of 40 and seventh in shot put in a field of 30 … capped off the season at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships by posting a personal best in the shot put (13.43m).
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in eight meets during the track & field season … specialized in the throwing events … finished eighth out of 32 in the discus at the outdoor Gina Relays with a toss of 39.04m … also placed seventh out of 35 in the shot put (12.84m) at the same meet … finished fifth in the shot put at the indoor Notre Dame Invitational with a throw of 12.31m … best throw in the discus was 41.23m at the outdoor Texas Roadhouse Border Battle … season best in the weight throw was 13.23m at the Blue & Gold Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: Six-time letter winner in volleyball and track & field … helped team to conference and regional championships during junior and senior campaigns of track … named MVP, all-conference, all-city and all-state in track & field during junior and senior seasons … volleyball team captain senior year … MVP in volleyball junior campaign … all-conference and all-city selection in volleyball all four years … all-state volleyball selection senior season … held at time of graduation the school record in both the shot put and discus … has one brother … daughter of Rick and Denise Kujawski.
