AS A JUNIOR: Had a career year in the hurdles for the Irish … ran 8.61 to win the 60-meter hurdles at the Notre Dame Invitational … ran a career-best 7.81 seconds for the 60 dash at the Windsor Team Challenge … took sixth in the 60 hurdles at the Meyo Invitational, running 8.60 seconds … emerged from the 60-meter hurdles BIG EAST indoor prelims with the third-fastest time in the event (a career-best 8.58) … finished fourth in the final in 8.68 seconds, tying her for the 10th-fasteest time in school history … now one of only two athletes on the 60 hurdles list, joining former Irish great Tameisha King … set two career bests at the Azusa Pacific Invitational … covered 100 meters in 12.46 seconds, and also ran the 100 hurdles in 13.93 seconds, the tenth-fastest mark in school history … was limited for the rest of the outdoor season due to injury, but should be ready for a big year in 2008.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Continued to be one of top Irish contributors in hurdles … opened indoor season with runner-up finish in 60-meter hurdles (8.95) at Blue & Gold Invitational, qualifying for BIG EAST Championship in the process … clocked a time of 8.92 in 60 hurdle preliminaries at Meyo Invitational, but did not advance to finals … won 60-meter hurdles title at Windsor Team Challenge with season-best time of 8.89 seconds … posted 8.84 mark in BIG EAST prelims but did not advance … turned to outdoor season starting with fourth-place finish in 100-meter hurdles (14.47) at Jim Click Shootout; also qualified for BIG EAST Championship in event … won hurdles title (14.23) and finished fifth in 100-meter dash (12.72) at Notre Dame Spring Opener … placed fourth in 100 hurdles at Miami (Ohio) Invitational, completing the circuit in 14.70 seconds … rank 14.65 in hurdle preliminaries at Central Collegiates to move into final heat before coming in sixth overall (14.93) … set one personal-best and just missed another at the Hillsdale Gina Relays; ran 100 hurdles in career-best 14.15 (good for second place), coupled with a 12.68 time in 100 meters … clocked 14.32 in BIG EAST Outdoor Championship preliminaries to earn a berth in the finals; finished sixth in conference final with 14.19 mark to wrap up her season.
AS A FRESHMAN: Notre Dame[apos]s strongest threat in the hurdles during her rookie track season … won the 60 meter hurdles at the Notre Dame Opener in 8.72 … also took first in the 60 meter hurdles at the Notre Dame Invitational (8.78) … established a career best in the indoor hurdles at the Meyo Invitational, finishing seventh in 8.66 … qualified for the indoor BIG EAST meet in the 60 meter hurdles … finished 10th with an 8.86 time in the preliminaries … concentrated primarily on the 100 meter hurdles during the outdoor season … ran well at the Willie Williams Invitational, clocking 14.49 for fourth in the hurdles … set a career best in the 100 hurdles at the Mike Poehlein Invitational, running 14.29 and finishing fifth … won the 100 meter hurdles at the Indy Relays in 14.60 while also finishing second in the 100 meters in 12.67 … ran a strong time in the 100 hurdles at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (14.38) … ran two events at the outdoor BIG EAST meet, placing sixth in the 100 meter hurdles in 14.66 and earning all-BIG EAST honors in the 4×100 meter relay (46.46) …was joined on the relay by Maryann Erigha, Okechi Ogbuokiri, and Brienne Davis.
