AS A FRESHMAN:

• Finished the season with a 7-6 singles record and 3-10 doubles record
• Played mainly during the fall
• Won his lone dual singles match against Chicago State’s Rohan Wattley (7-6(3), 6-2)
• Earned a monogram

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from St. Ignatius High School in May 2015
• Four-time letterwinner in tennis
• Ohio Division I state singles champion as a junior
• Placed third in the state singles championship as a senior and was a quarterfinalist as both a freshman and sophomore
• Three-time sectional champion
• Named team MVP as a freshman, junior and senior
• Two-time Cleveland Plain-Dealer Northeast Ohio Player of the Year
• 2014 Ohio Tennis Coaches’ Association John Harlow Sportsmanship Award Winner
• 2015 National High School Tennis All-American
• Member of the National Honor Society
• National Merit Scholar
• Presidential Scholars Program Nominee
• Scored a perfect 36 on the ACT
• Received the St. Ignatius Presidents’ Pin for posting a top 10 GPA in his class of 342
