AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Started all 22 matches and compiled six points on two goals and two assists … named to the BIG EAST All-Rookie Team … Soccer America All-Freshman Second Team … scored the game’s lone goal in the 81st minute in a 1-0 victory over Oregon State in the Mike Berticelli Memorial Tournament and was named to the all-tournament team after helping the Irish capture the title … selected as the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week and was placed on the Soccer America National Team of the Week for his performance in the Berticelli Tournament … assisted on the team’s third goal in a 7-1 besting of Pittsburgh … had the assist on Notre Dame’s first tally in a 3-0 victory over Providence … appeared on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for his effort against the Friars … deposited the third goal in a 3-0 triumph of Michigan State in the second round of the NCAA Championship … earned his first monogram.
