AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2022-23)

  • Appeared in 32 games for the Irish in his final season
  • Tallied 13 points off seven goals and six assists
  • Recorded a career-long three game point streak Nov. 12-23 with a goal and two assists against Michigan, Ohio State and Boston University
  • Led the team with four game-winning goals
  • His first four goals of the season were all the eventual game-winning tallies, including against Ohio State (Nov. 19), Penn State (Dec. 10), and Wisconsin (Jan. 7 & 27)
  • With two points (1-1-2) at Wisconsin Jan. 7, tied his career high
  • Recorded one multi-point game (at Wisconsin, Jan. 7)

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2021-22)

  • Joined the 2021-22 Notre Dame roster as a graduate transfer from Providence College/Union College.
  • Tallied his first career point for the Irish with an assist in the season-opening victory over Long Island (Oct. 9).
  • Recorded first Notre Dame goal in 4-1 victory over Holy Cross (Nov. 5). 
  • Notched an assist in back-to-back games against Ohio State (Dec. 4) and Michigan State (Dec. 10).
  • Earned first multipoint game in Irish career with a goal and an assist en route to 5-4 overtime road victory at Penn State (Jan. 8).
  • Notched an assist in the 3-2 road win against Wisconsin (Feb. 13).
  • Earned his second multipoint game of his Irish career with a goal and an assist in the 4-2 win at Michigan State (Feb. 19)
  • Tallied a goal in the 4-1 game one victory over No. 2 Michigan (Feb. 25).
  • Assisted on Hunter Strand’s second period goal against Michigan (Feb. 26) to extend his point streak to a season-long three games (Feb. 19-26; 2-2-4).
  • Scored enroute to a game 3 victory over Wisconsin in the Big Ten quarterfinal (Mar. 6).
  • Tallied a goal in the Big Ten semifinal at Michigan (Mar. 12).

BEFORE NOTRE DAME

  • Appeared in six games for Providence College in 2020-21 after rehabbing from an injury. 
  • Spent spent two seasons (2017-19) at Union College (ECAC), scoring 14 goals and adding 21 assists in 66 games. 
  • Named an ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team selection in both 2017-18 and 2019-20.
  • Selected in the sixth round (162nd overall) by the Detroit Red Wings in the 2017 NHL Draft. 

IN THE USHL

  • Competed for the Fargo Force (2016-17).
  • Led the league in goals (37) and finished fifth in scoring (60). 
  • Selected to the 2016 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
  • Earned a 2017 All-USHL Second Team nomination. 

PREP & PERSONAL

  • Played three years of varsity hockey at Malden Catholic (2012-15), scoring 17 goals and tallying 11 assists. 
  • Brother of the late Mark “Roo” Adams, who played for Providence college from 2010-15, and wore his brother’s No. 4 for the Friars in 2020-21.
