AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

  • Appeared in all 37 games for the Irish in 2022-23
  • Tallied five points off a goal and four assists
  • Net a goal at Air Force to force extra time against the Falcons
  • Assisted on four goals at home over the course of the season, including against Penn State (Dec. 9), Alaska (Dec. 31), Wisconsin (Jan. 27) and Ohio State (Feb. 11)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

  • Recorded first point in Notre Dame career in 5-2 win in home opener versus Long Island (Oct. 9). 
  • Earned first collegiate goal and first career multi-point game in 5-2 victory over Holy Cross with a goal and an assist (Nov. 4).
  • Added an assist on a Graham Slaggert goal en route to a 5-4 overtime victory at Michigan (Nov. 20). 
  • Tallied an assist on the game-winning goal in the 4-2 victory over Penn State (Jan. 7).
  • Had a career-high three assists to set a career high in points in Notre Dame’s 7-2 win over Penn State (Feb. 4).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

  • Joined the Irish at the semester break.
  • Played 19 games.

NHL DRAFT

  • Selected in the third round, 80th overall, by the Calgary Flames in the 2020 NHL Draft.

IN THE USHL

  • Joined the Irish in the midst of the 2020-21 season after opening the campaign with the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL).
  • Skated in 17 contests with Lincoln in 2020-21 and collected two goals and seven assists.
  • Played in a total of 12 contests with the Central Illinois Flying Aces in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons and earned an assist.

PREP & PERSONAL

  • Attended Edina High School in Edina, Minnesota, where he played from 2016-19.
  • In 99 games for Edina, he scored 13 goals and added 41 assists for 54 points.
  • In 14 postseason games for the Hornets, he had a goal and five assists
  • Captained the team as a senior (2019-20), when he had four goals and nine assists for 13 points and was a finalist for the Minnesota Mr. Hockey award.
  • Earned U.S. High School All-USA Hockey Second Team accolades in 2018-19 after totaling 17 points (4G, 13A) in 30 games.
  • Joining a long line of former Edina players to suit up for the Fighting Irish, including current New York Islanders captain Anders Lee, Boltmann helped the Hornets to the Minnesota State Championship in 2019.
