  • Played all 29 games and was the team’s leading scorer with 32 points on team-high 15 goals and 17 assists.
  • Ended the season on a seven-game point streak (5-5-10) and posted at least one point in 22 of 29 games.
  • Posted six multi-point efforts on the season, including a four point game (1-3-4) in Notre Dame’s 6-1 win at Ohio State (Feb. 5). 
  • Finished the regular season tied for fifth nationally with 15 goals, while his 14 goals in Big Ten play ranked second only to Cole Caufield (24). 
  • Scored the game-winning goal in Notre Dame’s 2-1 win at then third-ranked Michigan (Nov. 28).
  • Tied his career high with a pair of three-assist games against Wisconsin (Nov. 14) and in back-to-back games at Ohio State (Feb. 5 and 6).
  • Also scored a goal in the Feb. 5 win against the Buckeyes to tie his career-best mark with four points.
  • Tied his career high with two goals in Notre Dame’s 5-5 overtime tie at Wisconsin (Feb. 20).
  • After the season, signed a three-year entry-level contract with the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs (beginning with the 2021-22 season).
  • Skated in 104 career games with the Irish, totaling 69 points on 33 goals and 36 assists.

AS A SOPHOMORE

  • Scored 11 goals and recorded 17 assists in 36 games as a sophomore.
  • Recorded a +6 rating during the 2019-20 season.
  • Lead the Irish with 28 points.
  • Recorded one goal and one assist in the 4-3 season-opening win against Air Force (Oct. 11) for his third career multi-point game.
  • Scored the game winner in the 5-4 road victory against #15 Wisconsin (Nov 16).
  • Scored a goal in the 4-2 loss against #7/7 Penn State (Dec. 13).
  • Recorded two goals and two assists in the 4-1 road victory against #19 Western Michigan (Jan. 5) for his first career four-point game.
  • Scored two goals in the 4-4 tie on the road against #9 Ohio State (Jan. 17), his fourth multi-point game of the season and the sixth of his career.
  • Scored a goal and recorded three assists in the 5-2 victory against Wisconsin (Jan. 25) to match his career high with four points and it was his fifth multi-point game of the season (seventh of his career).
  • Recorded an assist in the 3-3 tie against #8 Penn State (Jan. 31).
  • Scored a goal in the 2-2 tie against Michigan State (Feb. 29). 
  • Scored a goal in the 3-2 Big 10 Quarterfinal loss against Minnesota (March 8).

AS A FRESHMAN
• Recorded nine points (7G-2A) in 32 contests in his first season with the Irish. 
• Scored two goals and added an assist — the first points of his Fighting Irish career — in Notre Dame’s 6-2 win at Michigan (Nov. 10).
• Opened the scoring in Notre Dame’s 2-1 overtime win versus Northern Michigan (Nov. 27).
• Scored a pair of goals in Notre Dame’s 5-1 win over RPI including the opening goal to give the Irish a 1-0 lead in the first period (Nov. 30).
• Named to the Dean’s List for the 2018 Fall Semester.
• Ranked 124th in the 2019 NHL Central Scouting Mid-Term Rankings (Jan. 21).


IN THE USHL

  • Spent three years in the USHL, competing for the Sioux City Musketeers (2015-16) and the Dubuque Fighting Saints (2016-18).
  • Named the 2018 USHL Scholar-Athlete Award and the 2018 USHL All-Academic Team.
  • Named to the USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
  • In the 2017-18 season, skated in 55 games for the Fighting Saints, recording 57 points.
  • Led the team in points (57; 20-37-57) and assists (37).
  • Ranked third on the team in 2017-18 in goals with 20.
  • Tallied six points (2-4-6) in five Clark Cup Playoff games in 2017-18.
  • Recorded 75 points in 108 career games with Dubuque.

WITH USA HOCKEY

  • Named to the U.S. Junior Select Team to represent the United States at the World Junior A Challenge.
  • Won silver medal with Team USA at the 2017 WJAC, falling to Canada West in the finals.
  • Recorded two assists over the five-game tournament.

  • Ranked #86 by NHL Central Scouting’s list of players eligible for the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
  • Graduated from Dubuque Senior High School.
