SENIOR SEASON (2015):Played in and started all 13 games at left tackle … allowed four hurries, four hits and three sacks on 421 pass blocking snaps (97.4 percent) … part of an offensive line that helped the Irish average 5.63 rushing yards per carry (eighth-best in the FBS) — a modern (post WWII) school record … Notre Dame ranked 27th nationally in total offense, averaging 466.4 yards per game, its third-best mark since setting a school record in 1970 by averaging 510.5 yards per game … Notre Dame was one of 11 programs nationally to average 205 yards rushing and 250 yards passing per game in 2015 (Irish had not accomplished this feat since 1970) … Notre Dame averaged 207.6 rushing yards per game (28th in the FBS), the best rushing output since 2000, including six games with 200+ yards (Texas, Virginia, Georgia Tech, UMass, USC and Stanford) … paved the way for first-year RB C.J. Prosise, who rushed for 1,032 yards (second-fewest carries needed to reach 1,000 yards) and recorded the 18th 1,000-yard rushing season in school history, and freshman RB Josh Adams, who set a freshman single-season school record with 835 yards rushing … blocked for an Irish rushing attack that recorded 457 yards vs. UMass (Sept. 26) — the best single-game rushing total by Notre Dame in 23 years, and 299 yards at Stanford (Nov. 28) — the most by an opponent in David Shaw’s five seasons (35 carries for an 8.5 per-carry average against nation’s No. 22 rush defense) … helped the Irish register a pair of 90+ yard TD rushes (Adams 98 vs. Wake Forest, Prosise 91 vs. Georgia Tech) … Notre Dame had just two rushes of at least 90 yards in the first 126 seasons of Irish football … the 98-yard TD run by Adams vs. Wake Forest was the longest play from scrimmage in Notre Dame history and longest rush by a freshman in NCAA history … blocked for 10 individual 100-yard rushing games — the most by the Irish since 1983 (11) … three different Notre Dame players recorded 100-yard rushing games.

JUNIOR SEASON (2014): Started all 13 games at left tackle … previous 13 career starts came at right tackle … first Notre Dame player other than Zack Martin to start at left tackle since Matt Romine started against Western Michigan Oct. 16, 2010 … recorded 16 knockdown blocks and yielded just one sack – the fewest of any Irish offensive lineman … faced some of the top defensive linemen in the country, including Michigan’s Frank Clark, Arizona State’s Marcus Hardison, Louisville’s Sheldon Rankins and Lorenzo Mauldin, Stanford’s Henry Anderson, USC’s Leonard Williams and LSU’s Daniel Hunter … that group of seven players combined for 92.5 tackles for loss and 46 sacks during the 2014 season but managed just six tackles for loss and two sacks in their outings against the Irish … Clark, Hardison, Mauldin, Anderson, Williams and Hunter all participated in the 2015 NFL Combine.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2013): Started all 13 games at right offensive tackle … part of an offensive line that allowed just eight sacks and ranked second in the Football Bowl Subdivision in fewest sacks allowed … no team in the nation allowed fewer sacks and attempted more passes than Notre Dame (eight sacks on 429 pass attempts) in ’13 in area of great improvement for the Fighting Irish … in 2012, Notre Dame allowed more than twice as many sacks (18) on 41 fewer passing attempts (388) … helped the Irish run the ball for a season-high 235 yards while not allowing a sack on 28 passing attempts in the victory over BYU (Nov. 23) … Michigan State entered the game against Notre Dame (Sept. 21) ranked 14th in the Football Bowl Subdivision in sacks — averaging 3.0 per game, but the Irish did not allow a single sack in 34 pass attempts against the Spartans … Notre Dame struggled to run the ball against Purdue (Sept. 14), but the Irish were successful on its final drive to run out the clock (ran for 42 yards on final drive; just 49 prior to the drive) … Notre Dame ran the final 7:22 off the game clock and the Irish converted four third-down plays on the final drive … Arizona State and Stanford both rank tied for seventh in the Football Bowl Subdivision in sacks per game (3.08) yet the duo managed a combined one sack against the Irish.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2012): Appeared in a reserve role on the offensive line against Navy (Sept. 1) and Michigan (Sept. 22).
