AS A SOPHOMORE

  • Compiled a 43-15 record after competing in five of the six regular season meets
  • Opened the year with a 10-4 mark at the Elite Invitational
  • Went 11-4 at the Philadelphia Invitational
  • Only lost two bouts over his final two meets of the season (6-1 @ DeCicco; 8-1 @ Northwestern)
  • Finished second at ACC’s after falling to teammate Alessandro Contreras in the Sabre Championship
  • Went 7-2 in the team competition to help the Irish claim the team ACC Championship
  • Finished second at the Midwest Regional in Detroit and claimed his first ever at-large bid to the NCAA Championship
  • Improved his career record to 65-34

AS A FRESHMAN

  • Put together a 22-19 mark as a freshman.
  • Opened the season with a third-place finish at the Penn State Garret Open.
  • Went 10-5 at the Northwestern Duals.
  • Posted a 4-1 mark at the ACC Championships to help the Irish capture the men’s team title.
