• 2019 All-ACC Second Team, 3,000-Meter Steeplechase

AS A JUNIOR:

• Won the mile with a time of 4:54.37 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic

AS A SOPHOMORE:

• Set a personal best 3K steeplechase time of 10:32.60 at the ACC Championships where she earned Second Team All-ACC honors
• Took seventh overall in the 1,500mat the Jesse Owens Classic
• Notched a PR in the 1500-meter run (4:28.23) and placed fifth with the 4×400-meter relay (3:57.69) at the Louisville Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Notched a PR in the 5,000-meter run (17:10.44) at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Posted a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to finish with a time of 10:44.11 and a runner-up result at the GINA Relays
• Runner-up in the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:52.95) outdoors at the Louisville Invitational
• Established a PR in the mile (4:48.40) at the ACC Indoor Championships
• Runner-up in the 3000-meter run with a PR of 9:51.22 at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Placed fifth in the mile (4:56.20) indoors at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Logged a PR in the 6K (21:03.10) at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational
• Posted a 5K PR (17:12.50) at the Joe Piane Invitational
• Runner-up in cross country debut with a time of 17:31.80 at the National Catholic Invitational (5K)
