AS A SENIOR:

  • Recorded a career best 3K steeplechase time of 9:04.85 at the Raleigh Relays
  • ACC Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year
  • Logged an 8K course PR (23:53.70) at the ACC Cross Country Championships, earning All-ACC honors
  • Established a PR on a 5K course (24:42.40) at the Joe Piane Invitational
  • Runner-up with a time of 24:47.80 at the National Catholic Invitational (5K)
  • Set a PR on a 3.72M course (18:01.90) in a runner-up finish at the Crusader Open

AS A JUNIOR:

  • Finished third in the 3000-meter steeplechase (9:33.29) at the Louisville Invitational
  • Posted a PR in the 2000-meter steeplechase (6:05.21) at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold
  • Placed fourth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:28.92 at the Alex Wilson Invitational
  • Set a PR in the 3000-meter run (8:22.72) at the Notre Dame Invitational

AS A SOPHOMORE:

  • Led all Irish in the 3000m in 2017 with a season-best time of 8:25.10 at the ND Invite (indoor)
  • Also topped the Irish in the 5000m with a time of 14:35.22 at the GVSU Big Meet Invite (indoor)

AS A FRESHMAN:

  • Graduated from Bloomington (Ind.) High School South in June 2015
  • Earned four letters in cross country and in track and field
  • Finished among the top 15 in the state cross country championships each of his four years
  • Flashrock Invitational and New Haven Invitational individual champion as a senior
  • Conference Indiana cross country individual champion as a senior
  • Named the Bloomington South Outstanding Senior Male
