AS A JUNIOR:Competed in three cross country meets for the Irish … finished ninth at the Valparaiso Invitational with a time of (20:28) … ran the National Catholic Championship in 26:38 to finish 46th … finished 133rd in 27:32 at the Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division race … competed in the mile at the Indiana Relays, finishing 14th in a time of 4:21.97 … took first place in the Mike Poehlein Invitational 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:57.43 … finished fifth at the Ole Miss Invitational, running 1,500 meters in 3:57.31 … closed out the season with a 21st-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Hillsdale Relays, clocking in at 4:00.91

AS A SOPHOMORE: Took a larger role on the Irish cross country team, competing in three meets … placed first on the team and third overall at the Valparaiso Invitational … took 30th at the National Catholic Championship … participated in the Notre Dame Invitational Gold race, placing 43rd in 25:52 at the home 8,000-meter course … did not compete during the 2007 track and field season.

AS A FRESHMAN: Ran in one cross country meet for the Irish, taking 30th at the Valparaiso Invitational in 27:41 … top performance of the indoor track season came at the Meyo Invitational, when he ran the mile in 4:28.33 … got stronger as the season went on, eventually running the 1,500 meters outdoors in 4:01.95 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays.
