Traditional Camp is focused on a great camp experience for all different levels of young talent. With less emphasis on strategy and more emphasis on stroke production and technique, Traditional Camp will allow players to make significant improvements to their games under the watchful eyes of the Notre Dame Tennis staff.
Although open to all skill levels, the National Camps will offer a more intensive training curriculum with advanced concepts including instruction on match play strategies and tactics for both singles and doubles, mental preparation, composure training, point building/rally progressions, strength and speed training, and high intensity drill work.
