Formal invitations and an opportunity to RSVP will be mailed in early March, but if you’d like to mark your calendars, here is a tentative schedule for the weekend (times are subject to change).

The Monogram Club is working on plans to host a special young alumni reception on Friday night during Blue-Gold weekend. The event, which will feature “tailgate food” and complimentary beer and wine, will be open to dues-paying members from the classes of 2003-2012 and their guests. More details will follow soon!

Saturday, April 20, 2013

11:00am – 1:30pm – Pre-Game Luncheon (Monogram Room). This event is free for dues-paying members and up to five guests and will feature complimentary food and a cash bar.

1:30pm – 3:30pm – Blue-Gold Game (Notre Dame Stadium). General admission tickets will be made available to dues-paying Monogram members and guests for a special discounted rate.

3:45pm – 4:30pm – Annual Football Alumni Flag Game (Notre Dame Stadium). Immediately following the conclusion of the Blue-Gold Game, cheer on fellow Monogram winners who attempt to relive their glory days in Notre Dame Stadium!

6:00pm – 10:00pm – An Evening with the Monogram Club. The Monogram Club is excited to debut a brand-new format for its Annual Mass, Meeting and Dinner:

  • 6:00pm – 6:45pm – Monogram Club Annual Mass & Meeting (Monogram Room)
  • 6:45pm – 8:00pm – Monogram Club Annual Cocktail/Dinner Reception (Sports Heritage Hall – Joyce Center). This reception-style event will feature numerous main-course options as well as passed hors d’oeuvres and complimentary beer and wine. Attendees and their guests will have the opportunity to mingle with fellow Monogram members and special athletics department guests.
  • 8:00pm – 8:30pm – Special Presentations. Join the Monogram Club in celebrating a tremendous year. Highlights of this seated portion of the evening include the presentation of the Moose Krause Distinguished Service Award to Monogram Club Past President, Marty Allen ’58, as well as the Club’s presidential transition from Dick Nussbaum ’74 & ’77 (baseball) to Haley Scott DeMaria ’95 (swimming).
  • 8:30pm – 10:00pm – Post-Dinner Cocktail Reception. For those still interested in reminiscing with fellow Monogram winners, complimentary food and beverages will remain available in Sports Heritage Hall until 10:00pm.
