AS A GRADUATE STUDENT:Competed in 11 meets during the indoor/outdoor track & field season … specialized in the heptathlon and decathlon … represented the Irish at the ACC Indoor Championships, earning a third place finish (5,459 points) in the heptathlon … began the indoor season with a second place finish (2,888 points) at the Kent State Golden Galas … brought home a first place finish (5,444 points) in the heptathlon at the SPIRE Invitational … began the outdoor season with a seventh place finish (7,299 points) in the decathlon at the Texas Relays … earned a monogram.

AS A SENIOR: Competed in 11 indoor and outdoor meets for the Irish … finished the season strong with a third place finish in the decathlon (7,223 points) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships, earning all-BIG EAST accolades … claimed first and achieved a personal best in the heptathlon (5,493 points) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships to earn all-BIG EAST honors … finished first and achieved a personal best in the decathlon (7,315) at the Mt. SAC Relays … registered a fourth place finish in the long jump (6.80m) at the Michigan State Spartan Invitational … came in fourth in the decathlon (6,314 points) at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational … placed third in the long jump (6.45m) at the Indiana University Relays … finished fourth in the high jump (1.86m) and fifth in the long jump (6.75m) at the Notre Dame Invitational … won the heptathlon at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open with a score of 5,104 points … started the season off at the Blue & Gold Invitational with a fifth place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.72), a fifth place finish with the 4x400m team (3:28.75), and a fourth place finish in the long jump (6.76m) … named to the Dean[apos]s List following both semesters … USTFCCCA All-Academic team selection (track & field) … earned a monogram.

AS A JUNIOR:Competed in 11 indoor and outdoor meets on the year … earned all-BIG EAST honors in the decathlon (6,865) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships … keyed by second place finishes in the discuss (39.86m) and the 1,500m run (4:43:18) … placed fourth at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships in the heptathlon (4,981 points) … named a BIG EAST Academic All-Star … earned a monogram.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Did not compete as a sophomore due to an injury … named to the Dean[apos]s List following both semesters.

AS A FRESHMAN: Multi-event competitor for the Irish, competing in both the heptathlon and decathlon … earned best finish in the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships, finishing in sixth with 4,776 total points, led by a runner-up performance in the high jump at 1.94m … strongest finish in the decathlon came at the Jim Click Combined Events, placing sixth with 6,384 points, aided by winning the high jump event with a mark of 1.99m … also took part in the decathlon at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championship, finishing in seventh with 6,220 points … earned a pair of third-place finishes in both the shot put (12.40m) and high jump (1.94m) in the event … won in the 60m hurdles at the Meyo Invitational, crossing in 9.10 seconds as well as in the long jump with a mark of 6.66m and shot put with a throw of 12.04m en route to finishing first overall in the heptathlon at the event with 4,682 points.

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL:Six-time letterwinner in track and football at William S. Hart Union (Calif.) … two-time track conference champion … all-conference and all-city selection as a junior and senior … team MVP and team captain as a senior … competed at the Junior Olympics … son of Greg and Donna Glasnow … has one younger brother, Tyler … enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters and is double-majoring in political science and the program of liberal studies.
