AS A SOPHOMORE: Rowed with the Notre Dame ‘C’ varsity four boat against Indiana and Purdue in her lone race action on the spring season … helped the boat to a second-place result in the five-boat race, stopping the clock at 7:05.00 … joined the varsity eight ‘A’ boat crew for the Head of the Rock Regatta and helped the team record a time of 16:37.40 … the finish was the best for the Irish in the heat … rowed with the varsity eight ‘D’ boat at the Southland Regatta where the crew finished the preliminary race with a time of 18:27.46.

AS A FRESHMAN: Started the spring season with three wins in the novice eight ‘A’ boat against Northeastern … rowed with the 2/3 varsity eight boat that placed first at the Lubbers Cup with a time of 7:09.28 … part of the second novice eight boat that beat Michigan State twice in East Lansing … member of the second novice eight boat that finished first at the Indiana Invite crossing the finish line in 7:19.5 … helped the novice four boat bring home gold medal with a time of 8:11.50 … rowed with the novice eight crew that finished eighth at Head of the Rock with a time of 20:01.95 … also rowed with the novice eight crew that finished eighth at the Cal-Sag Regatta with a time of 18:07.50.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Participated in club league swimming and also a member of the lacrosse team while at Glen Ridge High … lettered in lacrosse in her senior season … led her lacrosse team to conference championships during her freshman and junior seasons … competed in the 50 freestyle and the 100 individual medley … a member of the French Honor Society … served on the Model United Nations … also worked at the school newspaper as a photo editor … born in Glen Ridge, N.J. on September 19, 1989 … daughter of Frank Kiernan and Janice Dyer…has a younger brother, Connor … enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters as a psychology major.
