AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in five tournaments … nine of 14 rounds were played as an individual entrant … finished the season with a stroke average of 76.28 … concluded the fall season with a stroke average of 74.55 … began the fall season at the Macdonald Cup (Sept. 29-30) with a first round score of 71 (+1) … started the Fighting Irish Gridiron Golf Classic (Oct. 7-9) as an individual participant … carded a 76-73-73 in the signature event at the Warren Golf Course to tie for 40th place … finished tied for 13th at the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational (Oct. 15-16) as an individual participant … recorded his lowest career round with an even-par 70 during the tournament[apos]s second round … 220 (+10) final mark was also the lowest career 54-hole score … ended the fall season at the Georgetown Intercollegiate (Oct. 22-23) with a 226 (+13) score … saw brief action in the spring at the Schenkel Invitational (March 15-17) where he carded a 248 (+32) score to finish in 84th place.
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in both home events on the season as an individual participant at each … finished the year with a stroke average of 79.00 … got first taste of collegiate golf at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Golf Classic (Sept. 26-27), finishing 69th with a three-round score of 240 (+30) … low round of the event came during the second round of play after posting a 79 (+9) … returned to action during the spring season at the Battle at the Warren (Apr. 22)… finished tied for 24th in the one-day event with a score of 155 (+13) … recorded lowest round of the season during the second and final round of the tournament, carding a 76 (+5).
