AS A JUNIOR: Continued to specialize in the freestyle events … competed at the BIG EAST Championships in 50 free, 100 free and 200 free… placed third in the 100 free and fourth in the 200 free against Toledo … also aided the 400 medley relay team that brought home the gold at the Shamrock Invitational … a member of the BIG EAST All-Academic team … earned a monogram.

AS A SOPHOMORE:Recorded a strong season in the freestyle and individual medley events … swam to career-best times at the BIG EAST Championships in the 50 free (23.83), 100 free (51.82), and 200 IM (2:05.20) … notched season-best times at the Ohio State Invitational in the 100 breast (1:08.35) and 200 breast (2:26.57) … took third in the 100 free in dual meet action against Michigan State … assisted the 400 free relay in capturing second against Auburn … swam on the 200 medley relay that took third against Ball State … earned a monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN:Specialized in the 100 freestyle, 100 breast and 200 individual medleys, competing in all three at the BIG EAST Championships, and recording season bests in all three … also competed in the 50 and 200 free, 200 breast and 400 IM … times at the BIG EAST Championships include 51.93 in the 100 free, 1:05.88 in the 100 breast and 2:06.54 in the 200 IM … claimed second in the 400 IM (4:35.28) in a dual meet versus Michigan State … placed third in the 50 free (23.94) and second in the 100 free (53.13) in a dual meet versus Ball State … earned a monogram.

THE MASCIANTONIO FILE:Swam four years at Emmaus High School (Pa.) … one of the state[apos]s top swimmers as a senior … three-time individual state champ … graduated as the state record holder in the 200 IM … 16-time All-American … three-time MVP award … held for school records at time of graduation … enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business and is majoring in marketing.
