Mike Sullivan is in his fifth year with the Notre Dame Monogram Club and first as the organization[apos]s associate director. In that position, he oversees the operations and implementation of long-term strategies for growth that align with ongoing Monogram Club and Athletics Department programs and initiatives. He also oversees all operations and university interactions related to the Monogram Career Network and works closely with the executive committee of the Monogram Club Board of Directors.
Sullivan previously served as the Monogram Club membership coordinator, and continues to oversee the Monogram Club annual dues campaign and works to grow the Club[apos]s membership through the creation and development of a year-long outreach strategy. Sullivan also manages several Monogram Club annual events including the popular Letter Jacket Ceremony. He served as an intern with the Monogram Club from 2010-12, collaborating with the staff to perform daily operations while serving the Club[apos]s 7,500+ members. Sullivan also hosted former student-athletes and special guests of the athletics department during visits to campus while assisting in the organization of on-campus and regional events.
In addition to his responsibilities with the Monogram Club, Sullivan had the opportunity to serve as a group facilitator for the athletic department[apos]s Rosenthal Leadership Academy, a leadership and development program for Notre Dame student-athletes, from 2012-2014. He also serves as the sport administrator for the varsity men[apos]s and women[apos]s diving programs.
Sullivan graduated from Notre Dame in 2009 with a bachelor[apos]s degree in biological sciences. During his time at Notre Dame, he spent three years as a student manager, first with the football program in 2007 followed by the men[apos]s basketball program in 2008 and 2009. With the men[apos]s basketball program, Sullivan managed the team[apos]s daily schedule and orchestrated road game travel arrangements.
A native of Fishkill, N.Y., Sullivan currently resides in South Bend, Ind.
