AS A SENIOR: Received a postgraduate scholarship from the Notre Dame Monogram Club … did not compete in any races during senior season with the Irish.

AS A JUNIOR: Rowed for both the fourth varsity four against Virginia (7:38.47) and the victorious third varsity four (7:32.40) over Kansas at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite … raced in the third varsity eight boat’s third place finish against Ohio State (7:24.46)… won the next day in the third varsity eight boat against Purdue with a time of 7:02.88 … saw action in the third varsity eight “B” boat at the BIG EAST Invite, claiming third (7:30.70) to finish out her season.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Rowed for multiple boats during the course of the spring season for the Irish … notched her first victory of the spring in her first race crossing the finish line ahead of Buffalo at 6:28.9 with the third varsity eight-lightweight … saw action in two races in Indianapolis … helped the second varsity eight boat to a first place finish (7:24.0) over Purdue and Eastern Michigan … later that day she would be part of the second varsity four boat that would finish third (7:48.9) behind a second Notre Dame boat and Indiana … helped the third varsity four boat to a second place finish (8:02.29) behind Georgetown in the BIG EAST Championship grand finals … would finish in sixth place (7:15.43) at the Oak Ridge Regional grand finals in the third varsity eight race behind Virginia, Clemson, Oklahoma, Miami (FL) and Central Florida … member of the Notre Dame varsity eight “C” boat that took 13th place in a time of 17:17.78 at the Head of the Rock Regatta … helped guide the varsity eight Notre Dame “4” boat to a sixth-place finish (15:11.3).

AS A FRESHMAN: Rowed with the second varsity eight boat during the spring portion of the schedule … opened the season with a pair of heat victories against Buffalo, posting times of 6:25.2 in the first heat and 6:10.0 in the second race … fell to Michigan State after posting a mark of 8:02.5 … recorded a time of 8:41.5 the following day in a race against Buffalo, Purdue and Indiana, good for second place … captured the grand final victory at the BIG EAST Championships, posting a race-winning time of 8:24.238 … rowed with the open four “A” boat at the Central/South Sprints, qualifying for the C final … the boat came away victorious in the final, clocking a time of 7:42.50 to hold off Tulsa “B” for the win … raced in both the collegiate eight and novice eight races at the Head of the Rock Regatta … was a member of the 11th-place finishing team in the collegiate eight race that completed the course in a time of 16:33.53 … later at the regatta, helped her novice eight boat capture the race win by posting a victorious time of 16:15.34 to hold off Wisconsin … raced at Notre Dame’s home meet as a member of the Notre Dame “B” boat in flight two of varsity four competition … the crew was able to win the heat over the likes of Indiana, Iowa and Michigan State by posting a time of 14:39.20 … named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Participated on the rowing and field hockey teams while attending Saint Ursula Academy, earning five varsity letters … helped her rowing team to a national ranking during her junior and senior seasons, capturing the regional and state championships along the way … saw her field hockey team go undefeated during her freshman and sophomore seasons, winning the regional championship both years and the state title in her sophomore campaign … member of the National Honor Society … born in Cincinnati, Ohio … daughter of William Salomon and Maureen Hickert … has three siblings – Eric, Andrew and Annelise … graduated from the College of Arts and Letters with a dual degree in English and psychology.
