Received the starting nod for the third game of the season-opening sweep of Rice (February 16-18). Retired 9 of the 16 batters he faced, striking out one for the Irish.

JUNIOR SEASON (2023)

Appeared in 14 games, including two as starting pitcher
Pitched 21.0 innings with a 6.86 ERA, 18 strikeouts, 24 hits, 16 earned runs and 11 walks
Made his season debut with just one hit, two strikeouts and one walk over two innings at Lipscomb (Feb 11)
Set a career-high four strikeouts in a win over UNC Greensboro, also allowing just one hit and no runs (Feb 26)
Struckout a batter and allowed no hits or runs in 2.1 innings pitched at Clemson (April 15)
