- Earned eight varsity letters at Saint Joseph High School in cross country (one), basketball (three) and tennis (four).
- Member of the 2017 State Championship team at St. Joseph, earning the Patricia L. Roy Mental Attitude Award.
- Helped the St. Joseph tennis team to a state runner-up finish in 2016 and third-place effort in 2017.
- A 2017 Academic All-Conference selection in tennis and basketball.

- Daughter of Bill Mountford and Missy Conboy, with sisters Darby and Delaney.
- Mother, Missy, is a Senior Deputy Athletics Director at the University of Notre Dame and 1982 Notre Dame graduate.
- Father, Bill, earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1991, sister Darby graduated from Notre Dame in 2016 and cousins Molly Carmona (2015) and Madeline Conboy (2013) are also Notre Dame graduates.
