AS A SOPHOMORE

  • Captured Notre Dame’s first NCAA women’s epee title since Courtney Hurley in 2013 and earned All-American honors
  • Helped the Irish claim their 12th national championship in program history at the 2022 NCAA Championships
  • At the NCAA Championships Hsieh tallied a 21-2 record in round robin competition.
  • Captured the Midwest Regional Champion after going 14-1 on the day and earned a spot to the 2022 NCAA Championship
  • Led the women’s epee team with a 38-9 record during the regular season, and improved her career record to 71-12
  • Opened the year with a 18-2 performance at the Air Force Invitational 
  • Went 5-4 at the Ohio State Invitational, 10-2 at the St. John’s Invitational, and 5-1 at the Philadelphia Invitational 
  • 8th place in 2021 October North American Cup (Division I)
  • Named the ACC Fencer of the Year for Women’s Epee and the team’s MVP for Women’s Epee.
  • Improved her career record to 71-12

AS A FRESHMAN

  • Was selected to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for Hong Kong, China for the women’s epee individual and team competition
  • Finished Runner-Up at the 2021 NCAA Championships for women’s epee and earned first team All-American honors
  • Helped the Irish claim their 11th national championship in program history at the 2021 NCAA Championships
  • Led the women’s epee team with a 33-3 record during the regular season
  • Went 15-1 in her first collegiate appearance at the Ohio State Invitational
