AS A GRADUATE (2023-24)

• Opened up the cross country season with a second place finish at the National Catholic Invite, running a 24:14.0 in the five mile
• Ran a PR time of 24:13.0 in the five mile at the Joe Piane Invitational
• Clocked a 24:44.5 in the 8k at the ACC Cross County Championships

AS A SENIOR (2022-23)

• Clocked a PR time of 3:43.66 in the 1500m of the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
• Finished eighth and recorded a personal best time of 4:02.21 in the mile at the 2023 Meyo Invitational
• Set a PR in the final race of the season with a clocked time of 30:13.7 in the 10k
• Recorded a PR in the opening cross country meet, running a 18:06.3 in the 6k at the Winrow-Valparaiso Open

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)

• Crossed the finish line at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Regional at 30:57.2 to mark a personal best
• Set a personal best at the ACC Cross Country Championships with at time of 24:02.2

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

• Earned All-America status by placing 22nd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (10k) with a time of 30:26.6
• Took home All-ACC honors at the ACC Cross Country Championships (8k) by finishing 18th with a time of 23:37.6
• Set a PR in the 1,500m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:43.97 before finishing 12th overall

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Ran the 800m leg of the DMR at the ACC Indoor Championships and won the conference title in the event as the team finished with a time of 9:43.55
