HONORS AND AWARDS:

  • 2016 Alice “Dit” Langford Award
  • 2015 Yves Auriol Award
  • 2015 World University Games Participant

AS A JUNIOR:

  • Turned in a 35-6 record as a junior
  • Opened the season with a 4-3 day at the Elite Invitational
  • Won next 17 bouts at St. John’s (2-0), NYU (1-0) and DeCicco Duals (14-0)
  • Wrapped the season at the Northwestern Invitational (14-3)

AS A SOPHOMORE:

  • Posted a 43-12 mark during regular-season bouts  
  • Opened the season with a 14th-place finish at the Penn State Open
  • Went 19-1 over two days at the DeCicco Duals  
  • Turned in an 11-3 record at the Northwestern Duals  
  • Wrapped the regular season with a 12-3 day at the Duke Duals
  • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll  
  • Named the team’s Alice Langford Women’s Foil Leadership Award  
  • Earned a monogram

AS A FRESHMAN:

  • Amassed a 28-6 record in first season at Notre Dame  
  • Earned 1-1 record at St. John’s Invitational, followed by 6-0 mark at NYU Invite the following day
  • Posted 8-5 log at Northwestern Duals
  • At DeCicco Duals, posted third-best record on the women’s foil squad, earning undefeated, 13-0 mark
  • Earned a monogram

PREP AND PERSONAL:

  • Started fencing her freshman year of high school at Manchen Academy of Fencing with head coach Darren Manchen  
  • As a sophomore finished 21st at New Jersey State Individual Championships  
  • Placed 11th as a junior and finished the year ranked first in Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference (District 1)  
  • Compiled 23-1 bout record and served as captain
  • Went undefeated as a senior, posting an unblemished 23-0 record and again finishing first in conference  
  • Placed eighth at state championships and earned All-State second team accolades
  • With club team, placed second at Division III Summer Nationals as a senior and was ninth at Division II North American Cup (NAC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Graduated from West Morris Central High School in June of 2014
  • Earned membership in school’s French Honor Society and served as vice president of the National Honor Society  
  • Biggest athletic thrill to date is walking on to the Notre Dame fencing team
