HONORS AND AWARDS:

AS A SOPHOMORE:

Ran the 1200m leg of the DMR at the Alex Wilson Invitational as the Irish team won the race in a photo finish with a time of 9:25.80, just .04 seconds ahead of Wisconsin. The time of 9:25.80 was not only the program, track and ACC record but also the second fastest time ever recorded in NCAA indoor track and field history for the event. Following the performance, the Irish DMR team was named ACC Track Performers of the Week
Took fifth place in the 3000m at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 8:09.91
Named to the 2020 Men’s All-ACC Academic Team

AS A FRESHMAN:

NCAA champion with the Notre Dame DMR (9:31.55), earning All-America status in the process at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Posted a PR in the mile (4:17.29) at the ACC Indoor Championships
Part of the victorious DMR entry (9:26.10) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
Qualified for a spot at the NCAA outdoor regional meet where he took 30th in the 1,500m (3:52.26)
Finished 10th in the 1,500m finals at the ACC Outdoor Championships
Set a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:46.54 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
Finished fifth in the 1500-meter run (3:48.10) at the Stanford Invitational
PR time of 2:24.22 in the 1,000-meter run led to a runner-up finish at the Notre Dame Invitational
Raced to an event win and PR in the 3000-meter run (8:11.57) at the Blue and Gold Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL:

Won the 2017 Footlocker Nationals Cross Country Championship
Won state cross country meet as a sophomore and helped the team to a fourth-place finish at NXN
As a junior, finished second with the 4×800 relay at states and took 11th individually at the Footlocker Nationals
Was a member of the Illinois State Champion 4×800 relay team in 2017-18
