AS A FRESHMAN: Rowed with the first novice eight boat for the spring season…helped her crew open up the spring docket with a second-place finish against Michigan State with a final time of 8:06.59…the following day rowed with a victorious crew in a three-team race against both Indiana and Purdue, crossing the finish line in 6:15.40…helped her crew to a two-race split at the four-team regatta at Ohio State…in the morning session her crew finished second place to the host Buckeyes, finishing in a time of 6:59.13…the boat was able to capture a victory in the afternoon session, crossing the line at 6:53.80 on their way to defeating Minnesota…helped boat qualify for the novice eight grand final at the BIG EAST Championship by winning the prelim heat in a time of 7:24.704…the boat went on to capture a silver medal, completing the grand final race in 7:08.309…at the South/Central Sprints, helped her boat get to the Petite Finals with a fourth-place performance in the prelim heat (6:52.11) and then a sixth-place outcome in the semifinals (6:43.60)…went on to capture fifth in the Petite Final with a race time of 6:42.80…helped the Notre Dame ‘D’ boat to a 17th place finish in the varsity eight race at the Head of the Rock, finishing with a time of 18:15.00…also raced in the novice eight race for the Notre Dame ‘A’ boat, helping the crew earn a 1st place finish with a winning time of 17:29.50…competed in the varsity eight race at the Southland Regatta with the Notre Dame ‘D’ boat, stopping the clock at 18:27.46.

PREP & PERSONAL: Played volleyball, rowed and swam at Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson, Md., earning a total of six letters … helped volleyball team to a conference championship as a sophomore … in both the National Spanish and Science Honor Societies … born June 7, 1990, in Red Bank, N.J. … daughter of Gerry and Dianna McKenna … has two siblings, Matthew and Catherine … Matthew is a swimmer at Duke … enrolled in the First Year of Studies.
