• Placed seventh at NCAAs in the 5000M (14:09.57)

• Posted a PR of 30:18.84 in the 10000M en route to an ACC title in the event
• Notched a PR in the 5000M at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite (13:26.11), finished fifth overall
• Took third in the mile at the 2023 Meyo Invitational with a PR of 3:57.13
• Finished 18th overall in the 10K at NCAAs with a PR of 19:18.8
• Took fifth in the 10K at NCAA Regionals (29:55.8)
• Won the 8K at Cross Country ACCs with a PR of 22:55.9

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

• Competed in the 5000M at Outdoor ACCs (14:23.80)
• Took 18th at Indoor ACCs in the 5000M (14:15.42)
• Won the 3000M at the Blue & Gold Invite with a PR of 8:03.97

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

• Posted a PR in the 6K at the Winrow Valparaiso (18:31.0), finished fifth
• Made his Notre Dame debut at the Irish Classic (5k) and finished 13th with a time of 24:57.6

• Two-time All-American and four-time all-state selection
• Team captain during senior season and three-time team MVP
• Led team to state championship title in 2018
• Named Mr. Cross Country in Michigan in 2019 and two-time Michigan Gatorade Runner of the Year
• Holds school record in the 5k (14:42) and 3200m (9:08)
• Graduated from Plymouth High School (MI) in 2020
• Son of Susan and Brian Solomon and has a brother (Parker) and a sister (Camryn)
