JUNIOR SEASON (2021)

  • Posted a 1-2 record in nine appearances, six of which were starts
  • Boasted a team-best and career-low 3.45 ERA to go along with 41 strikeouts
  • Held the opposition to a .152 batting average in 31.1 innings of work
  • Tossed a personal-best seven innings and punched out 10 batters on 104 pitches in his outing against Villanova (5/8)
  • Followed up with his lone win of the season, going five frames with no runs on two hits and eight strikeouts against Xavier (5/15)
  • Member of BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2020)

  • Made four appearances before the season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, hurling 22.0 innings off the rubber to go along with 24 strikeouts and a 5.32 ERA
  • Picked up lone win of the year in season debut against Navy (2/14)
  • Struck out eight batters against Davidson (2/21), going six innings and allowing just two runs on three hits.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2019)

  • Appeared in 18 games, including six starts on the mound as a freshman
  • Finished the season with a 2-3 record and 9.00 ERA, recording 45 strikeouts over 38.0 innings pitched
  • Pitched five innings in first career win against Coppin State (3/13)
  • Recorded a season-high six strikeouts and 5.1 innings pitched against George Mason (4/3)
  • Member of BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

PREP AND PERSONAL

  • Spent four years at Georgetown prior to transferring to Notre Dame as a graduate student
  • Three-year starter at Potomac School, serving as a team captain as a senior
  • Two-time All-Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAC), all-state and Washington Post All-Met (2017-18) selection
  • Helped lead Potomac to the 2018 MAC regular season championships and three MAC Tournament championships (2015-16, 2018)
  • As a junior, had 60 strikeouts and a 0.17 ERA in 41 innings
  • As a senior, had 77 strikeouts and a 2.14 ERA in 49 innings
  • Also a three-year starter and team captain on the football team, earning all-conference and honorable mention all-state honors as a senior.
