AS A FRESHMAN: Finished season with 75.62 stroke average playing in all 29 rounds … BIG EAST Championship Medalist … BIG EAST Rookie of the Year award recipient … named to all-BIG EAST team … earned WGCA All-America Scholar Team nod and helped team set record for highest combined grade-point average in Notre Dame athletics history (3.776 GPA) … qualified for the 2012 U.S. Women’s Open where she shot a (162/+18) and missed the cut … in her first round donning the blue and gold fired an opening round 73 at the Golfweek Conference Challenge … finished the Challenge with a three-day total, 231 (+15), to tie for 34th … at the Tar Heel Invitational recorded her first tournament with three rounds in the 70’s (78-74-73) … her +9 (225) performance in Chapel Hill, N.C., at the Finley Golf Course placed her 55th in a field of 100 … teed it up at the legendary Crooked Stick Golf Course in Carmel, Ind., in the Hoosier Invitational … led tournament after firing two rounds of 75-71 before running into some trouble on the final day to finish in a tie for 23rd (233/+17) … in final event on the fall docket in Wilmington, N.C., finished in a tie for 62nd after a +24 (240) showing at the Landfall Tradition at the Country Club of Landfall … game started to take shape in the spring season, bettering her fall average by over three strokes … began spring season with a team-leading 148 (+6) total in the rain-shortened Darius Rucker Intercollegiate … tallied her second-consecutive T-14th finish after firing a three-round total of 225 (+9) at LSU Tiger Classic in Baton Rouge, La. … recorded lowest round in Irish career (and tied for third-lowest in school history) with opening-round 67 at Notre Dame Clover Cup in Mesa, Ariz.
