AS A SENIOR: Became the 15th All-America selection in program history after being tabbed to the CRCA All-America second team … CRCA Region 3 first team all-region and an all-ACC first team choice … all-ACC Rowing Academic Team … opened fall season at the 50th Head of the Charles Regatta with the first Notre Dame championship eight, finishing in 16th place with a time of 17:18.707 … raced exclusively with the Notre Dame first varsity eight as a senior … logged a pair of runner-up results while claiming a heat victory in a time of 5:56.767 during the second session of the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational … after finishing as runner-up to No. 1 Ohio State (6:29.48), downed No. RV Michigan State in 6:27.36 for a heat win at the Big Ten/ACC Double Dual in Columbus, Ohio … recorded two second place finishes at the Lake Natoma Invitational, clocking fastest time of the weekend (6:33.70) against No. 3 California and Rhode Island … runner-up during Friday night heat (6:51.50) at the Dale England Cup … placed second in the first varsity eight grand final (6:28.60) behind eventual team champion Virginia at the ACC Championship … finished in 17th place overall at the NCAA Championship after crossing the finish line in 6:44.901 of the first varsity eight C final on Lake Natoma.

AS A JUNIOR: Placed fourth with the Ireland W4- boat at the 2013 World Rowing Under 23 Championships in July, held in Linz- Ottensheim, Austria – became the first international Notre Dame rower to compete at the World Under 23 Championships … 2014 CRCA South all-region second team selection … second team all-ACC choice … opened the fall season with a sixth place finish at the Head of the Charles Regatta (16:58.595) as a member of the Notre Dame women’s championship eight entry… competed exclusively with the first varsity eight boat during the spring slate … won first race of the season at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, finishing ahead of Louisville and West Virginia with a 6:31.700 clip … placed second during the afternoon session behind Virginia with a time of 6:29.644 … finished the regatta with a win over ACC foe Duke in 6:40.500 during Sunday’s final session at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational … the Irish first eight rowed to three second place finishes at the Lake Natoma Invitational, posting a time of 6:30.30 in the first session, 6:45.90 in the second session and 6:29.80 in the final session of the regatta … finished behind eventual NCAA champion Ohio State with a time of 6:32.06 at the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, before crossing the finish line behind Michigan (6:29.00) later in the day … triumphed over Indiana in 6:17.90 at the Dale England Cup – the 6:17.90 readout was the fastest recorded by any crew in the ACC in 2014 … earned a heat victory the following day over Alabama in 6:26.60 … completed a 3-0 weekend after defeating Rhode Island (6:20.00) during Saturday’s afternoon session to help Notre Dame repeat as the team champion at the Dale England Cup … earned ACC Crew of the Week honors on April 29, the first weekly ACC award claimed by a Notre Dame boat in program history … first eight claimed victory in the second heat at the ACC Championship with a time of 6:47.60 … finished the championship with a runner- up finish to Virginia in the grand final (6:28.80) … placed third in the preliminary heat at the NCAA Championship before taking the top spot in the second heat of the repechage stage in 6:29.737… finished third in the petite final (6:57.515) to place ninth overall in the NCAA Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the CRCA Central all-region team … all-BIG EAST first team selection … rowed in the fall with the women’s championship eight boat at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta … in a field featuring US Rowing and Rowing Canada Aviron, finished 12th with a time of 17:21.23 … pulled with the first varsity eight boat in the spring season … at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, won first race in 6:40.70 before crossing second to defending NCAA champion Virginia in 6:36.022 … finished the Tennessee trip ahead of Louisville and Miami with a time of 6:39.50 … the Notre Dame eight boat was named BIG EAST Boat of the Week March 20 … continued boat’s winning ways by beating Iowa in the morning race at Michigan State with a 6:55.10 mark before outpacing host Michigan State at a 7:03.10 clip … won first race against Michigan with a time of 6:53.50 at the Ohio State Invitational, but finished second to the host Buckeyes in the afternoon with a 7:21.26 mark … finished second to west coast rivals USC and California in first two races at the Lake Natoma Invitational before surging ahead of Washington State and Wisconsin with a time of 6:30.30 … won all three races at the fifth annual Dale England Cup, beating Alabama in 6:45.5, Iowa in 6:46.4 and host Indiana in 7:26.5 … crossed first in grand final race of BIG EAST Championship with a time of 6:49.656 … finished third in preliminary heat at the NCAA Championship with a mark of 7:07.338 … in repechage race, finished third to foes Stanford and Yale at a pace of 7:05.656 … won C/D semifinal race with a time of 7:37.292 … the Irish varsity eight claimed the third final race with a mark of 6:36.141 to finish the three-day event in 13th place overall … earned a monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN: Rowed with the first varsity eight boat for the Irish on the season … earned first monogram … named BIG EAST Crew of the Week (May 2) … won the first three races at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invite, highlighted by a 15 second win over Alabama and Jacksonville, as well as a 6:23.00 time in the win over Tennessee … also beat Minnesota and Kansas (6:25.90) … competed against Ohio State (6:35.39) … helped the team to a second place finish at Indianapolis, beating Louisville and Purdue with a time of 6:27.70 … raced for the first varsity eight boat, claiming two victories at the Virginia invite, beating Penn (6:40.80) and falling to Virginia (6:35.40), while posting a time of 6:27.60 in the win over Clemson … competed at the Stanford Women’s Invitational against Southern California (6:32.20) and Stanford (6:31.70) … after winning the qualifier by 15.7 seconds, went on to win the BIG EAST Invite first varsity eight grand final over Syracuse, Iowa, and Louisville with a time of 6:41.00 … helped the team claim victory over Syracuse, Louisville, and Georgetown at the BIG EAST Championship, winning the first varsity eight grand final with a time of 6:31.724 after qualifying with a first place finish (6:22.016)… went to the NCAA Championships with the Irish varsity eight boat … with a fifth place finish, qualified for the repechage heat, then placed seventh, putting the boat in the third final … finished fourth in the third final with a time of 6:40.33 to conclude in 16th overall.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Competed in two sports, athletics (track and field) and rowing while attending Salesian College Copeswood … started in athletics at the age of seven and competed on six occasions for Ireland in the shot put and javelin and won at four of those competitions … started rowing midway through sophomore year of high school with St. Michael’s Rowing Club … during summer prior to senior year, rowed with the club’s junior 8 and 4 boat and helped the boat take second place in both National Championships … also part of Irish crew, coxing the 4 boat that won in the Home International … served as the six seat of an Irish Development junior squad 8 boat that placed 30th overall in the London Women’s Head … graduated with a degree in design from the College of Arts and Letters.
