On July 13-14, 2013 Notre Dame Student-Welfare and Development took 31 student-athletes from 11 different sports to Jones, MI for a leadership retreat as part of the Rosenthal Leadership Academy. The weekend's activities aimed at promoting perspective taking, effective communication, accountability and several other leadership qualities emphasized in the Rosenthal Leadership Academy.
