Palmer Jackson Named To Hogan Award Watch List

University of Notre Dame men’s golf junior Palmer Jackson has been named to the 2022 Ben Hogan Award Watch List as one of 32 of the most accomplished collegiate golfers in the nation.

Jackson is fresh off a victory at the 2022 Jones Cup Invitational and is gearing up with the Fighting Irish for their first 2022 spring competition at the Camp Creek Seminole Invitational February 20-22, 2022.

In the fall of 2021, Jackson posted four top-five finished with the Fighting Irish, including a first-place effort at the Stephens Cup on October 19. In 18 rounds for Notre Dame this fall, Jackson finished under par 17 times to help the Irish claim team titles at the Stephens Cup and the Gopher Invitational.

Jackson was named to the Fred Haskins Award Watch List in October of 2021.

The Ben Hogan Award presented by PNC Bank annually awards the top men’s NCAA Division I, II or III, NAIA or NJCAA college golfer based on all collegiate, amateur and professional events over the previous 12 months.
