Notre Dame Women's Golf Concludes Play At Bryan National Collegiate

BROWNS SUMMIT, N.C. — The Notre Dame women’s golf team completed its third and final round at the Bryan National Collegiate on Sunday, posting a 12th-place finish in the loaded 18-team field. The Irish shot a 12-over par (300) on the day and finished 43-over par (907) for the three-round tournament.

Sophomore Isabella DiLisio led the Irish on Sunday, posting a one-under 71 for the day. Fellow sophomore Emma Albrecht also impressed, shooting a one-over 73. Albrecht finished the tournament with a score of even par, tying for 11th.

Sophomore Maddie Rose Hamilton finished the weekend tied for 31st after finishing eight-over par for the three rounds. Hamilton recorded a four-over on Sunday.


Leading The Irish Lineup

DiLisio’s 71 paced the Irish on Sunday and was her best score of the weekend. The sophomore finished tied for 65th with a score of 233, jumping more than 20 places in the final round due to her strong finish.

Albrecht was Notre Dame’s top finished over the entirety of the tournament. The sophomore was a model of consistency, turning in scores of 71, 72 and 73 for a 216. The score of even par placed Albrecht tied for 11th and ahead of 12 of the 19 ranked golfers in the field.

Notre Dame has a week off to prepare for the Atlantic Coast Conference Championships on April 13-15 at The Reserve Golf Club in Pawley’s Island, South Carolina.
