NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Fans looking to celebrate the amazing 2012 Notre Dame football season are encouraged to attend this year’s postseason awards show honoring the players and coaches.

The Notre Dame Football Awards Show: A Celebration of the 2012 Fighting Irish, will be held Friday, Dec. 7, at DeBartolo Performing Arts Center on the Notre Dame campus for the third consecutive year. This year’s awards show is sponsored by Ruth’s Chris Steak House, CBTS, South Bend Airport and Visit South Bend Mishawaka.

The red-carpet event begins at 6:30 p.m. EST with a reception and silent auction. The awards show program starts at 8 p.m. in the Leighton Concert Hall.

The reception will feature hors d’oeuvres from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, complimentary soft drinks and water plus a cash bar. Reserved seating begins at 7:30 p.m.

The program will include a video tribute to the 2012 Fighting Irish plus a series of awards honoring the Notre Dame football team and comments from head coach Brian Kelly.

A limited number of tickets for the Notre Dame Football Awards Show: A Celebration of the 2012 Fighting Irish are $30 and go on sale at noon on Monday, Nov. 19, at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center Ticket Office (located southwest of Notre Dame Stadium between Notre Dame Avenue and Eddy Street). The $30 tickets are expected to sell out quickly. The remaining tickets will be $50. Besides purchasing tickets in person at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, tickets may also be purchased online at performingarts.nd.edu or by calling the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center Ticket Office at 574-631-2800. Ticket office hours at DeBartolo Performing Arts Center are noon to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Please note that tickets for the Notre Dame Football Awards Show will not be available through the athletics department ticket office.

Proceeds from the Notre Dame Football Awards Show benefit the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley Scholarship Fund.

The Notre Dame Football Awards Show is a reserved seating event. Any special seating needs should be requested when purchasing tickets for the program.
