NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Season passes for the home portion of the 2014 University of Notre Dame baseball season will go on sale at 8:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 24 at the Murnane Family Ticket Office (Gate 9 of Purcell Pavilion).
The passes will be available at a cost of $50 for adults and $30 for youth (college age and younger) and seniors (ages 55 and older), while children ages three and younger are admitted free. In addition, a Fighting Irish “Fan Pack” of four season tickets may be purchased for $120.
A Notre Dame baseball season pass includes admission to not only all of the Irish baseball home games (both on and off campus) but to all of the 20 Irish softball home contests. In addition, fans that purchase a season pass for baseball will be provided four vouchers that can be redeemed at any home baseball game to allow four family members or friends to attend the game free of charge. Each voucher allows four people in for free and there is no restriction on the number of vouchers that can be used at each game. For example, a season pass holder could use all four vouchers at one game to bring 16 people or one voucher at four different games to bring four people per contest.
As announced yesterday, an unknown amount of the 2014 home baseball home games will be played away from Frank Eck Stadium as the finishing touches on a state-of-the-art artificial surface from FieldTurf is being installed. The Notre Dame baseball program is doing everything it can to make Irish home games away from Frank Eck Stadium as convenient for fans as possible. A handful of games will be held at South Bend’s Coveleski Stadium in downtown South Bend, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Class-A affiliate South Bend Silverhawks, while others will be held at the U.S. Steel Yard in Gary, Ind., which was the site of last year’s Kent State – Notre Dame game. Other potential venues include Chicago State’s brand new baseball facility or historic Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Highlighting the home schedule this season are new Atlantic Coast Conference foes and former BIG EAST rivals Virginia Tech (March 21-23), Boston College (April 11-13) and Pittsburgh (May 15-17) and new ACC opponent Clemson (May 9-11). Last year, Virginia Tech and Clemson were two of eight ACC teams that qualified for the NCAA Regionals before North Carolina and North Carolina State reached the College World Series.
Individual game tickets will go on sale in early February at $5 for adults and $3 for youth and seniors. Students at Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s or Holy Cross will be admitted free when showing a valid student ID, while Notre Dame faculty and staff also will receive free admission with their valid ID. Both offers are voided once Frank Eck Stadium reaches capacity.
A parking update at home games away from campus will be included in each game preview. Once games return to Notre Dame’s campus, parking is free of charge. Most parking is located on the south and north side of the Purcell Pavilion. The parking lots can be accessed by entering Edison Road via the south or Bulla Dr. via the north. Fans may also utilize the library parking lot, which is located north of the Joyce Center.
Accessible parking for fans with disabilities is available in the Joyce and Library lots for cars with a state approved license plate or hang tag, on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets also can be purchased at Frank Eck Stadium on game days.
Special rates are available for groups wishing to attend Notre Dame baseball games in 2014.
