QUEENS, New York — After a win on Saturday, Irish men’s tennis freshman Axel Nefve has qualified for the main draw of competition at the 2018 US Open Junior Tennis Championships. His match is set for Monday, September 3.
It his second trip to the main draw at the US Open Juniors, having qualified for the first round in 2017, falling to Jesper De Jong of the Netherlands in three sets (6-1, 5-7, 0-6).
