NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Monogram Club will host its annual slate of Blue-Gold Weekend festivities April 20-21 on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.

Events begin with the spring kick-off dinner for football Monogram winners and senior football managers on Friday, April 20 – sponsored by Ruth’s Chris Steak House – at 5:30 p.m. in Purcell Pavilion.

The dinner will be followed by a young alumni reception for all Monogram winners who graduated between 2002-11, starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Joyce Center’s Club Naimoli.

Saturday festivities will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the annual flag football game in Notre Dame Stadium. Prior to the event, a continental breakfast will be provided to all participants.

The Monogram Club pre-game luncheon will kick off at 11:00 a.m. and run until 1:30 p.m. in the Monogram Room. All dues-paying members and their guests are welcome at this event.

After the conclusion of the Blue-Gold game (1:30 p.m. kickoff), the Club will hold its Annual Mass & Meeting in the Monogram Room at 6:00 p.m., followed by a dinner reception in Sports Heritage Hall on the Joyce Center concourse at 7:00 p.m. The annual dinner will feature a conversation with director of athletics Jack Swarbrick (’76) and head football coach Brian Kelly, as well as the presentation of the 2012 Moose Krause Distinguished Service Award to former Indiana governor Joe Kernan (’68, baseball).
